Of course you’re nervous! To help this we do require a conference before the day of the photo shoot so we can meet and become familiar with each other. I also recommend you bring a trusted friend with you to help ease your nerves.

The minimum time for a first time shoot is 2 hours. This gives us plenty of time to get outfits, posing and limits set.

The “RAW”, untouched proofs are available on line usually within 2-3 days. Once you pick the ones you want any “retouching” is done. Retouching normally takes a few day depending on how much work needs to be done. Everyone is different.

If you are planning to give these images as a gift plan for at least a month to get something back from the processing lab or canvas manufacturer.

It is our policy that you must be at least 18 years of age. Most of our clientele ranges from mid-twenties to 60 in age. We have served ladies from 18 years to a sexy 70 years!

For any photography other than a simple head and shoulder portrait a pre-shoot conference is required. While an in person meeting is always preferable a phone call can also be useful.

2- 3 days after the photoshoot you’ll receive a secure link to review your “RAW”, untouched images from the shoot. I tend to take way more photos than needed and while a lot of them are very similar there are tiny differences between them, such as eyes, hands, clothing folds, etc. You will pick the images you like best!

A few days later you’ll receive the final, retouched images. You will actually receive 2 digital files, a high resolution file at 300DPI and a web ready file at 96DPI.

If you ordered hardcopies, photobooks or canvases those physical product can take up to at least a month to be delivered.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We will not do porn, nor will we photograph genitals or sex acts of any kind. Period.

It has been the policy of Texas Grace Photography since the beginning  that only the client (the lady being photographed) may purchase or place reorders for her photographs. No one else, not even her husband without written permission, is allowed to purchase the photos, EVER.

Texas Grace Photography will not use our client’s photographs for any purpose other than for sale to the client who appears on the photographs. For the client’s information, a models release must be obtained by the photographer before any photographs can be used for publication, advertising or any other purpose. Just having a sitting with a photographer doesn’t give the photographer this release.

If we would like to use any of your photos for promotional purposes, we would have to obtain a separate written release and specify which image would be used.

Again, just having a sitting for your own purposes does not give the photographer a models release. Any examples you see on this site are secured for use by a written release.

Yes, I prefer that you do for a couple of reasons!

Your friend/escort/better half is there to help you relax and have fun.

They help you with your wardrobe, hair, makeup, etc.

I get to use them to grab props, fix clothing folds, etc.

The short answer is, it depends. Unless the photographer is an employee of a company OR they are specifically commissioned by a corporate entity to create photographs, e.g. corporate headshots, parts pictures, real estate, etc., photography is NOT a “Work for Hire”. Regardless, the copyright always remain with and for the photographer. If you want/need to use any of the images please let me know there is a release we must sign.

For sexually oriented businesses, adult web sites, adult dating sites, etc., … the answer is NO, generally speaking.

“Creating Art One Face At A Time” is my creedo. I do not want my name or company associated with someone else’s web site.

Texas Grace Photography does not operate any SOB web sites. In Texas, while it isn’t specifically illegal to create pornographic images (see Texas Penal Code Sec. 21.15.) I want to make sure where and how my art is displayed to the public.

If you wish to have images of an “Adult nature” created to post or sell to adult oriented web sites we need to talk about that before hand. I’m not saying No but I’m not saying Yes right now.
